WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $140,000-$170,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversees expense allocation processes and strategy ensuring timely and accurate allocations in monthly actuals and quarterly/annual forecasts/plans.
- Directs analysis of financial and non-financial data to identify trends and/or indicators, provide insights and make recommendations.
- Builds and sustains an engaged, collaborative team through timely feedback, coaching and mentoring.
- Models collaboration while building and expanding relationships with business partners, advancing our role as a strategic partner.
- Manages relationships with examiners, auditors and other outside regulatory parties, as required.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Strong knowledge of finance and/or accounting practices and procedures preferably common to the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including capability to create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, across a variety of situations and individuals, including in times of conflict and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and influence others in a direct and matrix team environment.
- Project management skills including the ability to establish plans and drive to execution in alignment with broader strategic direction.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Advanced level degree or equivalent experience in Finance related field.
- 8 or more years experience working in the insurance industry or related field.
- Designation specific to the Finance/Accounting field, such as CPA.
