A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as Director of Enterprise Accounts, you will:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with our strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Business Units to craft and execute portfolio management strategies that enhance market share, optimize pricing, and establish lasting partnerships.
- Understand and align with the strategic priorities of our clients to deliver tailor-made, value-added programs.
- Craft and execute business plans to achieve ambitious business targets and drive growth.
- Identify and nurture new opportunities for sales expansion with key strategic accounts.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant sales experience, OR
- An advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years in sales and leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Cardiovascular Products.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proven negotiation skills that can seal the deal.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a history of developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics software.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, negotiation skills) are a plus.
- Strong networking abilities to foster industry relationships.
