Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Define and drive subscription-based products and features through the entire cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Product-Led Growth: Champion Product-Led Growth principles, ensuring product design, development, and marketing focus on delivering value that drives customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Agile Product Development: Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies across product teams to accelerate delivery, improve flexibility, and enhance collaboration.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and launch processes, prioritizing customer success.
- Product Roadmap Management: Manage the subscription product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements that deliver the highest business value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics, user feedback, and market research to inform product development and refine go-to-market strategies.
- User Engagement: Responsible for building features that make Universal Audio digital products more engaging and fun, like content, community, promotions, and new ones you'll invent.
Qualifications:
- Product Management Experience: A proven track record of accomplishments as a key product manager for a subscription-based, consumer-facing application is required.
- Agile Environment: Preferably worked in a high-velocity, sprint-oriented environment with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
- Industry Experience: Background in the music business or experience with music-related products is highly preferred.
- Data-driven: Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
- Creative Strategy: Expertise in creating simple and intuitive user experiences and the ability to communicate UI/UX strategies.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in complementary discipline and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a management role.
UA Salary Range/Hourly Rate of Pay: California Salary Range = $135K - $165K.
Base salary/hourly rate of pay will be based on the cost of labor for the city/state in which the new hire resides, at the time of hire.
