What weā€™re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead a team of sales professionals to drive business development and sales engagements with pioneering companies in the DER vertical (solar/storage, developers, demand response, VPPs, etc.). Initially, this role is structured as a hands-on leader with the opportunity to take on more management responsibilities as the team grows. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with expertise in the C&I solar/storage space or with DER software companies, and has a strong understanding of distributed energy resources and APIs. They will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing how Arcadiaā€™s software capabilities can unlock significant value.

A proven ability to build high-level relationships with senior executives, coach and mentor individual sales professionals, and accurately forecast their teamsā€™ sales pipeline will be crucial to success in this role. This role will require the ability to both ā€œroll up the sleevesā€ to drive engagements forward, as well as the vision to build and direct a team with complementary skill sets to support the accelerating growth growth of the business over the next 12+ months.
