Responsibilities
- Champion organizational change and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer service excellence.
- Manages dashboard of production issues and enhancements along with and process improvements related to database changes and automation.
- Serves as escalation point for direct reports in terms of risk management, issue escalation/resolution, scope change and implementation planning.
- Continually seek program process improvements.
