Current Need
We are seeking a Director, Customer Strategy to join our team in The Woodlands, TX or Irving, TX.
The McKesson Specialty Provider Organization is seeking to add a Director, customer Strategy to the existing Provider Strategy team. This role is responsible for supporting our go-to-market and growth initiatives by working with our marketing intelligence, account management and business development teams and directly with our customers to understand the needs of physicians and patients and coordinating with business leaders to develop solutions that help address these needs. In this challenging and highly visible role, this individual will support the businesses in pulling through the enterpriseās broad strategy into the business unitās reality. Our team conducts projects related to market analysis, evaluation of customer needs, and assessment of our internal capabilities to accelerate growth opportunities and optimize our grow within our existing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaises with the business development and account management organizations to identify, scope and manages strategic projects end-to-end (including implementation); maintains responsibility for deliverables and timelines, shifting priorities as needed; manages stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Facilitates the maintenance and development of sales and account management solutions including dashboards, āheatmapsā and market or specialty (Therapeutic Areas) trends.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline, optimize and enhance the efficacy and efficiency of the sales and account management organizations to better meet the needs of our existing and future customers.
- Assess our existing sales and account management process to identify opportunities to improve operations and better meet the needs of our customers.
- Support evaluation of inorganic growth opportunities that align with our broader strategic priorities.
- Builds trust and productive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
