Description

We are seeking a strategic and knowledgeable Director of Supply Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of our partnerships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and publishers for the PulsePoint DSP. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our supply capabilities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring optimal inventory management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, negotiate agreements, and integrate supply solutions into our operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the vision and strategy for supply partnerships with SSPs and publishers, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with SSPs and publishers to improve DSP performance and capabilities, supply quality, access enhanced data signals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations for strategic supply agreements, ensuring alignment between technical roadmap and commercial terms, joint financial interests, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and alignment with company goals.
  • Supply Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply management, ensuring efficient utilization of supply sources and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to SSPs and publisher partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the success of supply partnerships and regularly report on performance to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align supply partnership strategies with overall business objectives and enhance product offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent PulsePoint at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our supply capabilities and partnerships, establishing PulsePoint as a leader in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, digital advertising, or a related role, with a focus on partnerships with SSPs and publishers.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing supply agreements and developing joint partnership roadmaps in the digital advertising space.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, SSP technologies, and publisher monetization strategies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, even in situations where they are not the direct reporting manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Time zone: 
  • 9am-6pm ET preferred, but also open to PT/MT/CT hours

  • Note that this role is hybrid in our Newark, NJ office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102); we are also open to remote candidates
