About the Job:

Work at the direction of the Marketing Manager & Sr. Marketing Consultant to assist with strategy, development, deployment, and reporting of marketing messaging and offer management within KeyBank’s authenticated space, also known as Intelligent Interactions (i2).

Essential Job Functions:

Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and partner organizations that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of real-time marketing projects. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to produce measurable outcomes. 

  • Works directly with the Sr. Marketing Consultant & i2 Product Manager to develop, build and deploy campaigns, to include: data synthesis, creative development, campaign setup, testing, deployment and tracking.  
  • Assist Product Manager and Scrum Master in developing and communicating Intelligent Interaction goals and backlog management.
  • Gather requirements from business partners for campaign execution.
  • Leads weekly intake meetings
  • Builds Jira Epics/Stories and project manages i2 backlog
  • Delivers assigned campaigns within scope and timeline
  • Manages recurring reporting and tracking functions for assigned campaigns
  • Effectively communicates timely recommendations and implications to internal cross-functional teams and clients based on business objectives and best practices
  • Recommends and implements tests and applies insights to future campaigns
  • Be the voice of marketing to the i2 squad by providing marketing and industry insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years minimum professional experience
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and information; can move logically from findings to conclusions
  • Detail-oriented; ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work across departments and influence when needed
  • Can prepare and present data/findings in a concise and understandable format; via documentation and stand-up presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently on relatively complex matters with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and information
  • Knowledge of customer interaction management, online concepts, design and best practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in a dynamic environment. Highly skilled with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with Agile Development tools (JIRA, Confluence) preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics & other Adobe suite products preferred
  • Experience with coordinating and implementing automated customer journeys and ongoing projects related to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is preferred
  • Experience with Airship and/or other push notification platforms preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for …
