Digital Health Growth Lead (Remote)

ICF is growing and we seek a Digital Health Growth Lead.

  

ICF is an award-winning digital services provider seeking to expand its work to its growing global health and development business, which has a long history of focusing on services related to the collection, quality management, protection, analysis, use and dissemination of data; systems interoperability and data exchange; systems governance; surveillance and health system monitoring; patient level records; and laboratory information systems. 

This strategic leadership role sits within ICF’s Global Health and Development Line of Business, which works with clients including USAID, CDC, The Global Fund, and UNICEF to strengthen the capacity of governments and stakeholders in low and middle-income countries to  understand and bridge the linkages between health and other issues including food security and nutrition, biodiversity, climate change, water and sanitation, urban development, migration, human trafficking, infectious disease and global health security.  This role is US based with an anticipated 30% travel to ICF and client offices both domestically and internationally.

The Digital Health Growth Lead will work closely with ICF’s Global Health Digital Solutions Team to increase visibility, build strong external partnerships, identify, and pursue tangible growth opportunities in the short and long-term, and serve as a technical resource to existing global projects with a cross-cutting digital aspect. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Global Health Digital Solutions Team to execute and evolve digital strategy

  • Network with key stakeholders involved in digital solutions for global health and development to advance ICF’s goals and objectives, expand ICF’s visibility and reputation in the digital space and identify business development opportunities.

  • Help drive lead generation for the Digital Solutions team pipeline and support business development efforts related to opportunities in pipeline including capturing, writing, and reviewing proposals or concept notes.

  • Lead solution development and articulation in proposals submitted.

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with our government clients, key partners, stakeholders, and donors.

  • Provide thought leadership in the global digital solutions space including writing thought pieces and presenting at conferences and webinars.

  • Networking and mentoring staff to grow the Digital Solutions team and support to current and future work.

  • Participate in an advisory capacity to ICF global health, energy, and climate programs seeking to integrate context-specific technology applications.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal staff across the ICF digital community to support international development projects

  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across diverse client and potential client organizations

  • Lead and develop thought leadership initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization or program

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience successfully building portfolios of projects in the global digital health arena

  • 10+ years demonstrated technical expertise in an overlapping or complementary area to ICF’s core digital health capabilities as outlined in the introduction to this position description.

  • 10+ years’ experience managing/leading large, complex global digital programs.

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum, advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional services/consulting firm.

  • French, Spanish, or Portuguese language proficiency.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$158,029.00 - $268,649.00
