As Advanced Network Solutions, we experience rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design, develop and implement the Continuous Delivery Platform that includes various DevSecOps tools that enables accelerated and secure software factory. The role works with in systems teams’ structure Agile Framework within a greenfield DevSecOps development to modernize the Navy’s CEC capabilities. Come and be part of a team that will develop a pipeline to build, integrate and deploy a innovative solutions in support of the development infrastructure.

This critical role will see you working closely with Digital Technology, Cyber Security and Development Teams of Engineers and various Scrum teams that will depend on your pipeline.

What YOU will do:

• You will contribute to the design, analysis and implement DevSecOps tools ecosystem.

• You will contribute to the security and cyber assurance and control implementation.

• You will create automation scripts in various languages that offloads manual process, increases efficiency and consistency.

• You will contribute to the platform roadmaps.

• You will contribute to creating a SaaS based delivery model for software factory within Raytheon for programs’ software engineering teams.

• You will have the opportunity to work in Cloud and hybrid cloud ecosystems in a defense industry.

Qualifications you must have (Education included):

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

• Current DOD Secret Security Clearance is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Deep skill and expertise in Kubernetes administration. Preferably any of CNCF certification, but equivalent demonstrable skill and experience is also favored.

• Experience in deploying and configuring Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
