Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager with a passion for healthcare technology to lead our demand generation and search initiatives. This role is critical in driving our go-to-market strategy by developing and executing campaigns that generate and nurture leads. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our mission and drive growth.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and increase pipeline.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to align demand generation efforts with company objectives.
Create multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, webinars, content marketing, etc.) that target key healthcare decision-makers.
Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to move deals through the pipeline.
Measure and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement in lead generation.
Manage and refine lead scoring, nurturing programs, and automation strategies to ensure seamless handoff to sales.
Plan and manage the company’s day-to-day paid search program
Design and adjust paid search strategy to align with business goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Notable at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
Healthcare or health-tech industry experience required.
Deep understanding of lead generation, pipeline development, and customer acquisition strategies.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics to track campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
