Work schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Mon Tues and Thurs: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Break: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Break: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Job Description

As a Debt Settlement Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients find financial freedom through our proven debt resolution programs. This role combines consultative selling with genuine problem-solving as you guide prospects through understanding their options and enrolling in customized debt settlement plans. You’ll experience the satisfaction of providing real solutions to people facing financial challenges while enjoying a performance-based environment with excellent earning potential. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from our digital marketing campaigns, contacting potential clients within 5-10 minutes of their inquiry
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client financial situations and explain our debt settlement solutions
  • Utilize downtime effectively by making outbound calls to potential clients
  • Guide clients through the complete enrollment process with a consultative approach
  • Collect and document detailed information about clients’ debt obligations to each creditor
  • Develop customized payment plans based on clients’ financial capabilities
  • Process electronic signatures for enrollment documentation
  • Secure payment information with attention to compliance and security protocols
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets of $500,000 in enrolled debt
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions and overcome objections
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system


Requirements


  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in financial services or related industries (specific debt management)
  • Customer service mindset with genuine desire to help clients improve their financial situation
  • Understanding of financial concepts, particularly debt management principles
  • Ability to explain complex financial solutions in simple, understandable terms
  • Strong closing skills with experience handling objections effectively
  • Willingness to complete our certification course (approximately 2 hours with 112 questions)
  • Results-oriented with drive to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection
  • Comfort with technology including CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Money-motivated with desire to maximize commission potential
