The Deal Desk Manager will be an essential part of the Go To Market Operations Team and will guide Sales and Sales Leadership in the execution of high-value, complex deals. Reporting to the Manager of Deal Desk, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and optimizing deal structures and forecasting for improved progression
- Utilizing advanced analytics to develop solutions for complex sales challenges
- Collaborating with Regional and Area Sales Management on cross-functional sales strategies
- Guiding sales teams on quote processes, contract structuring, and standard terms
- Partnering with finance and order management to streamline deal closures and minimize obstacles
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in deal support management, preferably in the high-tech industry
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, SFDC CPQ, and Tableau
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and sales teams to structure and price customer quotes effectively
