About the Role

The Wealth Senior Client Technology Manager is a client-facing expert responsible for consulting and influencing client decisions. They are accountable for all aspects of client consulting and technology, delivering exceptional business results for Alight. The manager understands the client’s business strategy and ensures that Alight provides suitable solutions. Our aim is for customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and influencing decisions - leveraging knowledge and expert understanding of clients’ needs.

• Problem solve complex tasks and have a solutions -oriented mindset.

• Support multiple financial service platforms servicing millions of participants and billons of dollars in assets.

• Create detailed test plans for all phases of testing.

• Review and approve others’ configuration and testing results.

• Utilize system knowledge to produce custom solutions for the most challenging clients.

• Identifies, plans, and manages process improvement projects to create year-to-year efficiencies.

• Be part of a team supporting 50+ clients across multiple financial service platforms.

Requirements

• Ability to own end-to-end processes and knowledge share to expand support across the financial services team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Preferred background in Financial Services and with DC Administration systems.

• SAS, SQL programming experience for data analysis, ongoing requests, and system enhancements.

• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, XSLT, and CSV.

• Knowledge of web tools such as Postman, Kibana, and NewRelic preferred.

• Experience with producing solid documentation of technical processes.

• Effective communication internally and externally using technical and common language.

• Advanced management and organizational skills with learning agility and the ability to adapt.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

82,000 USD

Maximum :

130,100 USD
