Job Description Summary

               

As a Data Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers. You will ensure that our customers are provided with superior services. While working with external customers you will act as a liaison for Lamb Weston to gather all requirements to enable this relationship. You will have a good understanding of our policies, processes, and requirements to ensure that we can train/support both internal and external customers. You will be a single point of contact between Shared Services and other partner teams.

Position Responsibilities

This position requiresA broad end-to-end understanding of different processes, and how they are applicable to Master Data, will be critical for guiding various teams on how to utilize and populate the diverse fields in the distinct business processes and analytical scenarios.

  • Maintain knowledge and experience of SAP S4/HANA.
  • Validate and syndicate changes to master data as approved by business review process including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data.
  • Educate on end-to-end process.
  • Partner with business departments and customers to gather all the necessary documents with them to meet requirements.
  • Capture business impacts for the team.
  • Provide guidance to business partners on tactical requests within your master data domain.
  • Train internal teams on the processes and requirements of master data.
  • Prioritize effectively across operational needs and project work.
  • Enable overall improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools, and data.

    • 1-2 years related experience analyzing, validating, and posting data.
    • Proven customer service skills.
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about data.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Committed to improvements.
    • Able to start and build strong working relationships.
    • Prefer some experience and knowledge of departmental functions, terminology, and interrelationships for data types such as: Customer, Vendor, and Material.
    • Passionate attitude toward data quality with a strong attention to detail.
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, high transaction team environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Experience with S/4 HANA for requirements of master data creation and maintenance required.
    • Ready to manage multiple priorities or projects, be organized and plan.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
    • Able to perform quality work within defined service targets in situations with tight turnarounds and deadlines.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow and ability to comfortably navigate multiple databases.
    • Continuous improvement mindset.
    • Guided by independent judgement.
    • Capacity to consistently apply standard policies and procedures and support their creation.
    • Flexibility to provide support to multiple roles within Shared Services.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $50,680.00 - $76,020.00
