Job Description Summary:

Supporting the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU), this role is responsible for development, support, and maintenance of data pipelines, new data source integration, process modernization, and data quality monitoring.

You will be part of a small core team of data engineering and data science experts whose goal is to build or enable solutions that support the broader RGM team in areas such as pricing, promotions, and retail execution.

The data sets you help build power a variety of solutions including dashboards, advanced analytics, machine learning models, and full-scale enterprise optimization solutions.

** This is a hands-on, individual contributor role **

What you’ll Do for Us

  • Hands-on development and troubleshooting of data pipelines, including performance optimization, refactoring, scalability, and sunsetting

  • Run/Maintain/Modernize existing legacy data pipelines

  • Develop and deploy change and enhancement requests for data products

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data in data products

  • Partner with teams we support to discover data needs and deliver solutions

  • Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and systems

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in python, pySpark, and SQL

  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT processes

  • 2+ years’ experience with Azure data services, including Databricks (DBFS, workflows, Delta Tables), Azure Data Factory, ADFS

  • Experience working with a distributed team, including in-house and external resources

  • Comfort with iterative development/improvement

Preferred

  • Experience building data sets for use in Machine Learning models

  • Experience with open-source data quality frameworks

  • Familiarity with CPG industry

Pay Range:

$133,000 - $157,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
