We’re looking for an Information Security expert to manage our Security Customer Trust program, a role that ensures customers understand and accept our security controls and processes.This is a remote role for the USA. Reporting to the Manager of Security & Compliance, you will be responsible for:
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding security issues in Zscaler products and services
- Managing the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) and security assurance governance framework
- Supporting customer security reviews as the primary liaison between customers and internal security teams
- Assisting Customer Success with creating and maintaining a knowledge base on Zscaler product security, and guiding sales teams to the appropriate references
- Tracking trends in customer queries and friction points, working closely with internal teams to prioritize and define requirements
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years experience in a similar, customer-facing role in security and compliance
- 3+ years of experience delivering presentations to C-level executives and technical experts
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, SaaS, and public cloud
- Working knowledge of compliance audits and security certifications like SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with product security controls, including vulnerability disclosure and management
- Previous work at a security product or solutions provider

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
