Customer Success Support (US Crowd Sourcing & Innovation Network, Home-based)
Philippines - Remote
Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (11:00 AM - 08:00 PM PST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Excellent writing skills with 1-2 years of experience in client communications in the social media/content creation space
- Strong understanding & proficiency with social media channels
- Proven experience in LinkedIn mining and outreach for appointment-setting.
- Background in administrative support as required.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite platform
Nice to Have:
- Background in using Slack
- Background in using YAMM
- Background in using Bitly or other link-tracking service
What will you do?
- Execute the client’s project promotion plan as assigned.
- Implement outreach strategies to promote programs, competitions, and initiatives and grow the client’s community.
- Coordinate and execute outreach campaigns, including email campaigns, social media efforts, and blog content.
- Outreach profiles include Start-ups, Small businesses, Entrepreneurs, Post-Secondary institutions, students, and the general public. It will require the ability to identify potential existing communities and reach out to them.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and program teams to align outreach activities with broader organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Track, report, and achieve marketing KPIs for campaigns.
- Openness to other tasks that the management might assign.
