POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our client in the lodging/casino industry (remote). The CSM is responsible for the success and utilization of dormakaba products across a group of partnership & enterprise customers, ensuring coordination, integration, and consistency over the lifecycle of the customers.   

 

*Preferred location will be in either the Pacific or Mountain time zone*

 

HOURLY HIRING RANGE: Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as liaison, trusted partner, and advisor for customers throughout the lifecycle of their product
  • Drive alignment between account set and dormakaba product offerings through regular touchpoints, such as Business Reviews and Success Plans with key stakeholders.
  • Promote solution adoption, fostering a conducive environment for renewal and growth within the customer base.
  • Conduct customer reviews, events, and webinars, reviewing customer interests and promoting customer roadmap features..
  • Build and maintain internal and external client relationships at operational and strategic levels, to understand and address customer needs.

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role, such as Professional Services, Sales, or Customer Success Management.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or related field.
  • Experience in customer success processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working in the lodging/casino industry experience
