We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a full-time Customer Support Representative within our Bolingbrook, IL Sales Center. Hours are 8am to 5pm Central, Monday-Friday. 

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Bolingbrook, IL, in accordance with company policy. 

Earn a comprehensive compensation package which includes a competitive base salary starting at $17.50, eligibility to participate in our annual bonus program, and an excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first call resolution on inbound customer interactions and handle escalations to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem-solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above & beyond to address all needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about order status, returns, product support, and delivery issues.
  • Continually enhance your customer service skills and your product knowledge to increase the level of support you provide our customers.
  • Work with colleagues from across the company to ensure a great customer experience from the shopping process through delivery.
  • Document customer interactions by logging and retaining correct and precise information in CRM.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
  • Maintain quality score and other performance metrics communicated by management.
  • Earn a competitive base salary, starting at $17.50, in addition to an annual bonus reward.

Additional Duties:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving customer complaints and questions.
  • Practice and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Thoroughly understand the Customer Relations manual.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
  • Web Chats: Engaging with web customers within 10 seconds of the request and assisting with any scenario presented.
