Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • PHP 28,000 to PHP 35,000 per month.
  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).
  • Required to work during PH Holidays.

About the Role

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be an essential part of the team, working under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager and the Client Relations Supervisor based in the UK. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both customer service and client relationship management efforts. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support to the Sales team, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, webchat, and email, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and follow-up.
  • Manage and update customer records, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Support the Sales team with specification queries and assist with client collateral.
  • Maintain and update the Sales and Marketing pipeline to ensure continuous sales flow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to resolve product and delivery issues.
  • Assist in opening new customer accounts and follow through on client actions to ensure satisfaction.


Experience & Software

  • Recent experience in a customer-focused role, with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience with sales and customer service software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
