Customer Experience Consultant, Back Office

In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline’s cutting-edge enterprise cloud platform for investment management clients. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will redefine operational workflows, solve critical challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging tools such as ChatGPT and other advanced AI platforms, you will ensure projects meet the highest standards of efficiency and innovation.
What will you do?
- Engage customer leaders to understand, design, and implement strategic workflows across the investment management lifecycle.
- Configure and test Ridgeline’s software to align with customer objectives, including data migration, reconciliation, portfolio accounting validation, and report customization.
- Develop expertise in the investment management domain to ensure clients maximize the potential of Ridgeline’s solutions.
- Collaborate with technical integration consultants to design, build, and deploy effective customer integrations.
- Partner with engineering and product management to identify and resolve software bugs and drive the development of new features.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable tools and templates that enhance data migration and integration processes.
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, transparent work environment rooted in continuous learning.
- Act as a Ridgeline ambassador, articulating the value of the technology to external stakeholders.
- Travel domestically up to 20% to foster strong customer relationships.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a customer-facing capacity, with expertise in portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including institutional and HNW investment workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tailored training sessions effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Apps and MS Excel; experience with Slack, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
- A serious interest in innovation and having fun at work.
Bonus
- Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Familiarity with AWS, APIs, and serverless technologies.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $101,250-$162,500.
Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
