Description

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manages company training programs aligned with business and customer needs, ensuring positive experiences.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop course content.
  • Provides customer support for deployment, installation, and ongoing training for hardware and software products.
  • Conducts post-implementation training, including webinars and curriculum development.
  • Assists with application configuration, security, and system utilization for new installs and upgrades.
  • Ensures compliance and event investigations related to installations.
  • Prepares lesson plans and reviews course materials for accuracy and relevance.
  • Delivers on-site and online training to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinates training schedules and requirements with customers before installation.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert, supporting fellow trainers as needed.
  • Contributes to departmental planning and progress reporting.
  • Builds and maintains client and business partner relationships.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to travel up to 75-90% to casino sites for training.
  • Customer-facing, relationship-building experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Hunger for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Desire for mentorship and professional development.
  • Excitement for training and mentoring others.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of casino/gaming operations a plus.
  • Eagerness to build valuable connections within the industry.
  • Technical troubleshooting.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions ,depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,000 - $69,000 annually.
