Location: This is a remote position and we are considering candidates from any major hub in Mexico

About the Role:

The Armis Customer Engineer (ACE) team is essential in maximizing the value of Armis deployments by collaborating with customers and internal teams to reinforce and improve deployment efforts. As an ACE, your day-to-day tasks will involve expanding the Armis platform's deployment and visibility within customer environments and ensuring its seamless operation. All transactions are managed through a ticketing system. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to expedite the time to value of the Armis platform, handling technical network and security-related activities as designated by the TAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment & Support:
    • Perform technical activities and tasks alongside TAMs throughout the deployment process.
    • Execute playbook-based network engineering and security-related tasks at multiple sites and deployment efforts globally (remote work possible).
    • Provide supplemental coverage to TAM processes and tasks based on your area of proficiency.
    • Assist in troubleshooting Armis integrations and network connectivity, including root cause analysis and debugging.
