The CRM Application Developer - Salesforce will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our CRM software. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of CRM systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and deploy customized CRM solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform. 

• Good understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding. 

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP, and RESTFUL Services. 

• Strong understanding of both administrator and developer areas of the Force.com platform, understanding when and why to use admin vs. dev solutions. 

• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment. 

• Experience in code refactoring to follow best practices. 

• Experience in SFDX, CI/CD tools (Github, Microsoft Azure DevOps etc.) 

• Experience working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git. 

• Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components. 2+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development. 

• Experience with Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Case Management process. 

• Experience in Database modeling, jquery, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript. 

• Experience with agile methodologies. 

• Force.com certifications - Administrator, Developer 

• Very good communication skills 

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features. 

• Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements, design and develop the solution. 

• Prepare technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made. 

• Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. 

Work Arrangement: 

• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$48,658.33 - $91,666.67 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
