Creative Project Manager

Job Description:
As an important part of the project management team, the Creative Project Manager provides daily tactical support in the management of all activities with our teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.
This is a remote-friendly position reporting to Associate Director, Project Management.
Responsibilities include:
- You will prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
- You will manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
- You will manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker, etc. (agency)
- You will work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency
- You will manage workflows
- You will manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production
- You will review weekly financial reports
- You will ensure quality control of all end product
- You will contribute to the development and enforce efficient processes
- You will manage escalation processes
- You will manage $2-5MM in business (with senior oversight)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years Associate PM or PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
- Demonstrate an understanding of multiple types of creative deliverables and the management of those
- Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects
- Uphold quality control standards, ensuring milestone approval from cross-agency departments
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
