What You Will Do

Pratt & Whitney is searching for an Associate Director & Counsel for Pratt & Whitney’s Large Commercial Engines business. Initially, the position will report to the Vice President & Counsel, Commercial Engines.

This business includes both the GTF and the mature engine platforms, including engines for the V2500, PW4000, PW2000, GP7000, JT8D, and Pratt & Whitney Power Systems model engine programs.

This is a customer facing role providing transactional support across all aspects of the P&L, including negotiating complex commercial agreements with customers and airframers, providing program support, advising on regulatory compliance and communications with customers, airframers, regulators, and program partners.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• JD with 10 years' of relevant experience
• US citizenship
• Experience with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience resolving commercial disputes
• Ability to travel to support business needs

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
