Job Summary:
The Corporate Development Associate will perform activities related to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and alliance opportunities. This position also provides data, reports, and presentations to and answers questions about data to both the Treasury department and external departments.

This position acknowledges a more advanced understanding of the data, information, terminology, and technology (financial modeling software & spreadsheets) than a Financial Analyst and an ability to communicate results to groups outside the department.  This position can train others as well as make recommendations for correction and improvements.

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and research support to identify merger, acquisition, disposition and alliance opportunities, including market analysis, target screening, and target assessment
