Job Description SummaryThe Contrast Media Clinical Specialist provides industry leading support across GE HealthCare’s Iodinated and Gadolinium product portfolios. The primary responsibilities of this specialist are to act as clinical “voice of the customer”, deliver education to customers in large and small group settings, and provide clinical product support to customers. Cross-functionally, you will work closely with Key Account Managers, Strategic Directors, and other internal stakeholders.

Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support for the development of gadolinium and iodinated Contrast Media.

  • Apply knowledge of clinical MR, CT, IR, and Cath Lab to support all key internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with trials, implementation, training, relative to iodinated and gadolinium Contrast Media.

  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations, in-person and virtually

  • Covers IL, WI, MN, ND, SD, IA, NE, KS, and MO

Qualifications:

  • Experience in MRI, CT, X-Ray, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology

  • At least 5 yrs. of experience in the medical industry

  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally while balancing multiple priorities

  • Customer contact experience in various clinical situations

  • Ability to travel as needed within defined territory

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Bachelors or 5 years equivalent experience

  • Contrast Media application experience

  • MRI, X-ray, CT, or Nuclear Medicine experience

  • Clinical credentials

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $94,400.00-$141,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
