Within the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance department, this role will support the Supply Chain organization as a member of the Supply Chain Contracts team. Our Supply Chain Contracts organization analyzes and advises on, drafts, and negotiates contracts with suppliers to ensure business interests are met and protected. This position coordinates with cross functional groups for supply chain contracts matters including contract administration, contract data management, contract drafting, and contract negotiation.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyzes, drafts, and negotiates non-disclosure agreements and contractual amendments.
  • Supports and implements strategies for contract administration, negotiation, and enforcement in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
  • Analyzes, compiles and reports on data, including contract metadata to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implements continuous improvement opportunities to facilitate service excellence with other business departments and the law group.
  • Assures compliance with all corporate, ethical, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
