BOOST is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Contracts & Pricing Consultant. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our internal team, providing strategic and tactical support throughout the entire contract life cycle and offering invaluable pricing expertise to our government contracts (GovCon) industry clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONTRACTS:

  • Administer a variety of contracts, including OTAs, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOAs, both pre and post-award.

  • Conduct external customer liaison activities, including attending meetings and leading discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide expert guidance on competitive contracts, sole source awards, and directed Prime and subcontract customer awards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

  • Prepare responses for proposals, bids, estimating pricing and contract modifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Manage cradle-to-grave contract administration support.

  • Facilitate negotiations for proposals, contract modifications, and agreements.

  • Proactively identify and address potential non-compliance issues.

  • Coordinate various agreements and support documents with relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract information in the contracts database.

  • Support and track contractual documentation and action items.

PRICING:

  • Review client inputs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Build pricing volumes in accordance with solicitation requirements.

  • Assist in negotiations related to pricing.

  • Interface with DCAA as needed and provide audit support.

  • Perform analyses on competitive costing and price trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience, associate degree with 9 years of experience or CPCM with 9 years of experience.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of full contract life cycle management experience in federal government contracting.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of federal government proposal and modification/estimating pricing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of GovCon, FAR, DFAR, SBA, DCAA requirements, etc.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and flexible.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Work Authorization Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Clearance is NOT required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPCM or NCMA certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Close vision required.

Salary Range: $110K-$120K (Salary commensurate with experience)
