Seeking a highly motivated, organized, Contract Co-op to join our team. Looking for a positive, helpful, team player in a cohesive and collaborative working environment. Co-op would assist the Contract Administrators and Contracts Manager in the administration of programs and their contracts, as well as work on special projects of process improvement.

What You Will Do:

Assist with maintaining spreadsheets/logs, database maintenance, and creation of presentation material. Maintain and organize Contracts audit artifacts, including customer correspondence, and performing filing and clerical activities where necessary. Coordination within the customer program team. Adhere to and comply with standard work, processes, procedures, and work instructions. Contract Administrator Support – any administrative duties required by the Contract Administrator including activities associated with managing efforts related to open invoices/aged receivable processing, maintaining spreadsheets/logs, database maintenance, customer correspondence maintenance, and creation of presentation material and reports 

What You Will Learn:

• Contracts and Business Management standard work instructions (proposal submittals, contractual review and flowdown, negotiations skills, business management).
• Experience of reviewing contractual terms and conditions to understand high risk and non-standard clauses. 
• Will support Commercial and Government contracts learning of multiple contracting types and styles.  
• How to work in an integrated project team.
• Business and Legal analytical & strategic thinking through key projects.  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
