Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Contract Analyst will primarily focus on contract management for deals associated with net new revenue, working closely with our Sales Reps. Using knowledge of the company’s products and services, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contract drafting, tracking and calculating financial metrics, business approvals, and project managing the operational requirements for varying levels of deal sizes and complexities. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and the rest of the Sales Operations team to align resources to facilitate the drafting and review of contracts.

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales organization - reviewing, drafting and analyzing contracts including Subscription Services Agreements, Subscription Orders, amendments and other necessary legal documents

  • Own the contract management cycle, liaising with needed internal departments for approvals

  • Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues

  • Complete post-sale activities associated with the contract terms

  • Assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance demands with multiple deals in flight concurrently

  • Build strong productive relationships and feedback loops with Sales, Managers, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to drive efficiency and organization satisfaction with the contracting process best practices

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • Position will require less than 10% travel

 

Skills Required:

  • 5 years of experience with contract drafting, review and interpretation

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Exceptional oral and written communication

  • Ability to communicate with senior executives

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $97,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
