Contracts Administration Specialist - Commercial Card Servicing
Home Location-PA (PAH01)
As a Contracts Administration Specialist, you will oversee the Commercial Card lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution ensuring accuracy, alignment, and compliance within our Commercial Card Implementations & Servicing tea. The Contracts Administration Specialist will be responsible for evaluating contract terms, managing negotiations between clients and PNC, handling contract modifications, and maintaining detailed records. We are seeking candidates who are organized, analytical and have prior experience in contract administration. Credit experience also preferred.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
Job Description- Coordinates preparation of new contract assignments and administers existing contracts for a specific vendor or department.
- Requesting and reviewing vendor bids for goods and services.
- Monitoring quality of delivery and adherence to contract terms with selected vendors.
- Interfacing with vendors and organizational staff to interpret needs and provide accurate specifications.
- Preparing reports and required documents for management review.
