Our Customer Success Offerings & Practice team works with our product, marketing, sales, digital experience, and customer success teams to create new ways of delivering success experiences for our customers.
We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager responsible for developing and managing a catalog of content in line with our customer learning strategy. In this role, you will execute tasks related to delivering outcome driven learning content, contribute to our digital infrastructure and information documentation, and work across teams to create and curate learning experiences that help our customers meet their goals. You will play a critical role contributing to our evolving learning strategy to ensure our customers realize the full value of our products.
This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Success Offerings and will be hybrid or fully remote.
Responsibilities
Shape and deliver content that will help customers reach their goals through success plans
Identify, develop, and manage the creation of content assets required by the customers to learn, implement, and use Autodesk software workflows to drive outcomes
Analyze customer feedback on the content and make recommendations for improvements and accessibility
Review existing learning content to identify gaps and requirements for further development
Work with subject matter experts across Autodesk for content creation, providing guidance and mentorship on best practices and standards
Collect and document best practices on content planning, development, and delivery
Contribute to the design and development of the Autodesk learning experience
Organize and lead teams on assigned projects execute on learning strategy
General research and understanding of customer workflows, processes, and requirements for the D&M, AEC, and M&E industries
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years relevant work experience, especially in Content Management, Content Development, or Project Management
Content Strategy, Instructional Design, and/or industry experience a bonus
Understanding of content management, content design, technical writing
Experience leading or influencing virtual teams with many stakeholders
General understanding of customer workflows, processes, and requirements around Autodesk supported industries
Project management skills
Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
