Summary:

In this role, you will oversee individual work efforts in support of provider objectives by analyzing and presenting data, which may include supporting strategy development, implementing performance improvements and / or supporting project management activities. You will obtain data from internal, external and provider sources and independently perform analyses. You will be a trusted advisor for providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute portions of assigned project plans; prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.

  • Utilize project management methodology to guide work efforts.

  • Create presentations and present data and recommendations to provider management.

  • Develop mid-level member relationships by interacting directly with provider teams.

  • Create and recommend ideas for improving products / services / tools / methods in functional area of focus for projects or across the Supply Chain Services department.

  • Develop intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies, blogs).

  • Identify possible upsell opportunities and discuss ideas with a more senior project team member.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • 2 or more years of assessment and supply chain cost savings analytics experience required.

  • Knowledge of the entire health care supply chain continuum required.

  • Previous experience in health care supply chain, purchasing, and/or a material management role preferred.

  • Medical/Surgical/Health care product industry knowledge preferred.

  • Strong analytical, database & spreadsheet skills needed.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask with the ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines and quickly adapt to change.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
