Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and grow productive relationships with target media contacts to generate positive coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Kyriba to develop, leverage and amplify executive thought leadership content and presence of key executives at events.
- Liaise with developers, engineers and product teams to assess, develop, manage and support product launch media strategies and other product awareness efforts.
- Support executives with media needs, including developing briefing books, coordinating logistics, staffing interviews, and ensuring timely follow-up items.
- Support the management of PR agencies and partners to secure media and speaking opportunities at prominent conferences/events and around strategic moments in time.
- Track, manage and measure media coverage and impact reporting .
- Regularly monitor relevant news to flag trending topics, seize opportunities and ensure awareness among key internal stakeholders of relevant industry developments.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams and Kyriba customers to curate and promote customer success stories through media opportunities, award entries, speaking engagements, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications; In-house or PR agency experience focused on B2B, technology, finance, AI and/or SaaS preferred.
- Track record writing impactful press releases, pitches, bylines, award entries and social copy.
- Solid judgment and strategic thinking skills – grasping our business, our platform and our strategic priorities.
- Experience supporting executive thought leadership platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly.
- Strong relationships with US, UK, German and/or French media contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field.
- Familiarity with analyst relations and/or amplifying media coverage across paid, owned and shared media channels a plus.
