The Opportunity

As a Cross-Functional Delivery Commissioning Manager, you’ll support the Commissioning Programme at Hinkley Point C by ensuring the successful execution of commissioning activities. You’ll work closely with the wider Commissioning Discipline Teams to align with key business objectives, including Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost.

You’ll lead a team of 10-20 Engineers, overseeing Configuration Management, Verification/Acceptance of Test Results, Issue Resolution/Open Point Management, and Data and Information Management. In this role, you’ll be accountable for the team's performance and wellbeing, reporting directly to the Senior Commissioning Manager.

Additionally, you’ll drive continuous improvement, support team development, and foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders across the broader HPC Project to ensure clear communication of the team’s vision and objectives.
