This role is remote and is open to candidates located in the United States, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and France.
Responsibilities:Responsible to develop and execute a wing-to-wing Commercial Organization Readiness (COR) framework – comprising process, tools, documentation, training – to ensure commercial success related to Solutions for Enterprise Imaging
Collaborating with GE HealthCare Product Management to design, implement, and activate new business models, offer design and go-to-market strategies
Lead commercial skills development, including Commercial onboarding, process knowledge, product training, selling skills and sales leadership development
Play a role to define & support sales role requirements. Enable deployment of training programs across all sales channels to continuously augment commercial capabilities
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of commercial processes/operations, technical discipline, program management, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute on program deliverables
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline and strong operational, commercial leadership experience (or equivalent experience/knowledge)
Significant experience in commercial operations
Significant experience in development, motivation, and effectiveness assessment of salesforce across channels
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
Experience leading or managing projects and programs of various size, duration and scope
Ability to translate strategy into business objectives
Excellent presentation skills
Coaching and mentoring experience
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail
Action and results oriented
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project and program management skills
Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop …
