About the role

Commercial Marketing for the Supplements EUM (End-Use-Market) in North America is a key part of the global proactive health marketing team and collaborates closely with the North American marketing organization. The primary purpose of this role is to gather consumer and category insights, along with customer and competitor information, to drive the Supplement EUM strategy for North America.

 

Additionally, Commercial Marketing translates the category strategy into go-to-market plans, marketing campaigns, sales enablement content, customer engagements, and account-based marketing programs. As the marketing member of the commercial pod, your job is to define where to play and how to win. You will work closely with sales and technical service/business development to ensure alignment and accountability as the commercial group executes the category strategy.  Please note that this role requires 30% travel.

Key responsibilities

Pipeline Development:

  • Define marketing strategies and collaborate with sales and business development to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze commercial levers for profitable growth across products and geographies.
  • Develop joint customer presentations and identify new routes-to-market.
  • Engage with sales to maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Tailor global technology value propositions for customer conversations.

Strategy & Voice of Customer:

  • Engage with key accounts to understand customer goals and share insights with the platform pod.
  • Support market-mapping exercises and drive business results in line with the EUM strategy.
  • Lead competitive landscape analysis and contribute to strategic business projects.
  • Collaborate on M&A strategy and support regular reporting for senior management.
  • Develop account plans aligned with category strategy.

Marketing Communications:

  • Create and deliver the Supplement EUM marketing plan with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop insight-driven marketing campaigns and collaborate on new product launches.
  • Manage content and presence at key conferences and trade shows.
  • Partner with digital marketing to optimize communication on digital platforms.
  • Coordinate lead generation and regional trade show plans.

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum BS in Business / Marketing with 8+ years of relevant and progressive experience. Master’s degree in relevant field of study preferred.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred in a global organization.
  • Experience in the supplements or nutraceutical industry preferred.
  • Strategic planning experience required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity.

The typical hiring range for this role is  $108,378.00 to  $168,360.75 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
