The Commercial Contracts Manager is part of the North America sales team reporting to the Director of Strategic Business Development and is responsible for driving contract excellence within the North America Sales organization. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders including sales, customer operations, and legal to drive customer expansion and accelerated sales growth while ensuring commercial compliance and mitigating contractual risk.
What will you do?:
Partner with the North America Sales team to manage strategic customer contracts and Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs), ensuring commercial terms are competitive and aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain a streamlined contract management system and standard work processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with Legal to prepare, review, and negotiate customer contracts, ensuring they meet legal and commercial standards.
Monitor active contracts—especially those from bids—for accuracy and timely implementation of pricing updates and other key terms.
Support the transition of SPAs to broader Master Purchasing Agreements when appropriate and drive accountability around minimum spend commitments.
Contribute to financial and strategic targets such as price capture, margin growth, and contract risk mitigation.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and Strategic Account Reviews, building strong relationships with customers and procurement contacts.
Support sales enablement through tools like the Channel Partner Toolkit and assist with securing required documentation.
Travel up to 25% to support sellers in the field and maintain in-market visibility.
What will help you succeed?:
Proven ability to collaborate across teams to grow customer relationships and expand contract usage.
Strong understanding of contract management, pricing strategy, and compliance with a focus on minimizing risk.
Financial and business acumen, including the ability to balance market demands with sound decision-making.
Skilled at process improvement and standard work development.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple contracts and deadlines while resolving issues effectively.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) in Law, Business Administration, or a similar field.
5 years of progressive commercial contract management experience.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms, paired with analytical skills to assess financial implications and ensure positive business outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Formal sales training would be a plus!

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
