Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual…To join CLEAResult as a Program Manager supporting a new direct install program in Ontario targeting small to medium-sized businesses in the Sarnia region.
As the Program Manager, you will work closely with our client and directly manage relationships to ensure successful program execution. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship, and working closely with the outreach team and operations staff, setting & tracking strategies to achieve program targets, and meeting client and internal goals.
Please note: This is a proactive job post. We do not anticipate a need to fill until the end of May.
The successful candidate must be based in Ontario. Note that semi-regular travel to Sarnia will be required.

Exciting candidates will have…
5 to 8 years of relevant experience such as Energy Efficiency Program Design, Environmental Policy, or Sales in a utility or environmental aspect
2+ years people management
Experience working with Energy Efficiency Programs
Post-secondary education in Environmental studies, Energy Efficiency, Mechanical Engineering or similar
CEM designation is considered an asset
