Cloud Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Manager who will manage service delivery metrics for CFTC Cloud infrastructure team. Peraton serves as a valued partner to essential government agencies across the intelligence, space, cyber, defense, civilian, health, and state and local markets. Every day, our employees do the can’t be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers. This is a remote position.

 

What you will do:

• Provide complete ownership and accountability of all responsibilities assigned during customer implementation projects
• Manage customer expectations in delivering CFTC Cloud Infrastructure Services to CFTC Tenants, in both AWS and Azure environments.
• Document steps taken, problems incurred, and resolution of issues for customer review
• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Delivering scheduled and ad-hoc Service reporting to management and clients
• Assisting with managing IT projects that leverage delivery staff including Professional Services Staff.
• Managing client escalations and satisfaction related issues
• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
• Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required.
•  Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
• Provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. 

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with managing Cloud environments.
• Enterprise customer-facing technical support experience.
• Experience managing Infrastructure teams, preferably in cloud environments
• Experience with  AWS and or Azure Infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, a positive attitude, and aptitude for professional growth are key in customer-focused roles.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance (Public Trust).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Federal or Government contracting and consulting experience is a plus.
• Bachelors /Masters Degree preferred
• AWS or Azure certifications preferred.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. Apply
