Introduction to the Role
Temporal is a paradigm shift in modern application development, and one of the fastest developer movements in recent memory. We recently raised our $146M Series C at a $1.72B valuation to cement our market position as the AI orchestrator for production agentic workloads.
We have also had outsized success with our Cloud partnerships (AWS and more recently Google, with Azure pending). Temporal is one of the fastest-growing ISVs in the AWS ecosystem, and the fastest-growing DevOps ISV for Marketplace TCV growth. What the best ISVs achieve in five years, we’ve accomplished in under two. We now have the opportunity to reach new heights with our Cloud GTM, and need a true builder who can help get us there.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a builder to own and accelerate our Cloud Partnerships and GTM. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Execs to:
- Generate net new business through deep engagement with the right teams at the Cloud vendors
- Drive deal acceleration through Cloud co-sell strategy and execution
- Optimize and scale our Marketplace presence across all Clouds
- Embed Temporal into the AI GTM motions of the Cloud vendors, positioning Temporal front and center for AI and agentic workloads
- Identify and execute big bets with each of the Cloud vendors that alter the trajectory of Temporal
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for our Cloud partnerships, including co-selling motions, sales plays, enablement programs, and joint business plans
- Drive deal execution via the Cloud vendors as a co-pilot to our sales teams
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Cloud partners
What You’ll Bring:
- Direct experience building and scaling Cloud partnerships from the ground up into something special
- Demonstrated success sourcing business from the Cloud vendors, as well as driving deal acceleration through a scaled co-sell motion with the Cloud vendors
- Experience working effectively with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to accelerate Cloud GTM initiatives and results
- Established ability to build new executive-level relationships across Cloud partners
- Maniacal attention to detail, excellent work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering business results
- Highly motivated self-starter - you thrive in high-growth, high-velocity, and high-expectation environments and are excited by the chance to build and scale GTM motions from the ground up

Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $225,000 - $325,000 OTE depending on 1) level and experience and 2) geographic location
