The Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Monitoring Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. This role involves working closely with other IT teams to identify and resolve issues, implement monitoring solutions, and maintain system health.

Location and Schedule
This is a Work From Home position for individuals based in any location in the US.
The Main Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes related to cloud and application monitoring
- Applies standard cloud monitoring methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria
- Support periodic cloud and application monitoring tool releases and tool upgrades
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our cloud infrastructure and application monitoring platform environment, ensuring overall stability and performance
- General support, administration and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and application monitoring platform, dashboards and reporting requirements.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 6-8 years IT experience
- 4+ years of native cloud monitoring tool administrative experience (i.e. GCP, Azure Monitor & Application Insights, AWS Cloud Watch) and/or tool admin experience with a multi-cloud monitoring technology (ex. Datadog, etc.)
- Experience deploying new cloud monitoring instrumentation and alerts, configuration and tuning of current cloud monitoring standards & thresholds, developing and maintaining cloud monitoring dashboards
