Job Description SummaryThe Caption Health SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier—before undiagnosed issues become serious.

The Clinical Solutions Program Manager leads our AI-enabled ultrasound technology initiatives. This role is critical for managing pre- and post-sales clinical and technical discussions, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations for solution configuration, and ensuring ongoing client engagement and support.

Job Description

** Preferred to live in East/South/Midwest**

In this role you will:

  • Lead clinical and technical discussions during pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Partnering with Sales team and providing the clinical conversation around our solutions and what the client is needing to build.
  • Building workflows with client alongside the operations team.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure optimal solution configuration.
  • Manage ongoing client engagement and support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Serve as a bridge between clinical operations and business needs, ensuring alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their clinical and business operation's needs.
  • Provide input into product development and enhancement based on client feedback and clinical expertise.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Clinical background with hands-on experience in provider settings.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver technical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare IT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience with AI-enabled healthcare technologies

Eligibility Requirements:

  • This position is based in the United States only. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. This role will not sponsor.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,640.00-$168,960.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
