Job Description

You will lead a national organization of Clinical Solution Consultants and Clinical Solution Delivery Consultants, with a direct staff of five people leaders and three Luminary Managers. This role will be responsible for driving standard processes and key performance metrics that enable growth, drive accountability, customer delivery excellence, and team motivation. 

You’ll have the opportunity to design and provide input on future strategies for Philips clinical education. You’ll also drive business value with customers and best practices on customer success management.

Your role

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships within the General Imaging (GI) business unit and account communities.
  • Employ the evolution of our operational performance to build on the customer relationship experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • Advance the culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development to reduce attrition, create organizational stability, and reinforce the Philips cultural pillars.
  • Execute business initiatives to trigger growth for the business.
  • Meet or exceed all financial, operational, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with customer teams, commercial and account community, field service, and BU to ensure customer lifecycle management for GI and other modalities equipment.
  • Manage customer and employee escalations with appropriate communications and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a quality mindset within the team, maintaining or implementing processes as part of the Quality Management System.
  • Effectively drive change management using LEAN to allow for continual evolution with the Clinical Solutions team toward the long-term vision.
  • Operate within all regulatory and compliance requirements.

You're the right fit if

  • Bachelor’s degree level and experienced in Operations/Program Management in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry.
  • RDMS registration required (additional registrations preferred) as well as 5+ years of experience in the field scanning.
  • Strong knowledge of Philips products and services offered within the GI business. 
  • Exemplary people management and leadership skills with strong business and financial acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills including high-level presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Ability to Travel 50%+ including flying and overnights
