Acentra seeks a Clinical Operations Solution Architect to join our growing team.

Job Summary 

As a Clinical Operations Solution Architect at Acentra Health, you will be a key contributor to driving innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions. This role places you at the forefront of our proposal and solutioning team, where you will leverage your expertise to design impactful care management and clinical assessment solutions tailored to meet the needs of state and federal opportunities. You will collaborate across departments to create comprehensive solutions that align with client needs, positioning Acentra Health as a leader in the healthcare space.

Your responsibilities will include crafting solutions that address complex RFP requirements, participating as a vital member of proposal teams, and contributing to deal strategy and solution development. Additionally, you will partner closely with our Market Strategy and Solutions team to continuously evolve and enhance our offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and cutting-edge. Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to design and implement winning solutions that address care management and clinical assessment opportunities, driving success in state and federal programs.
  • Thoroughly analyze RFPs, policy documents, and supporting materials to identify requirements, develop process flows, forecast volumes, and identify partner organizations. Plan operations with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable solutions that go beyond RFP expectations.
  • Develop clear and actionable business requirements for both business and technology teams, ensuring alignment for effective design and accurate estimation.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of compelling presentations to a variety of audiences, from hands-on team members to the executive leadership team, ensuring clarity and impact at all levels.
  • Work independently and within cross-functional teams to produce standout proposals. Contribute to writing, reviewing, and refining proposal sections while collaborating with experts from business development, finance, HR, government affairs, operations, and technology.
  • Navigate between high-level strategy and detailed work, demonstrating the ability to both create and review work products that align with Acentra Health’s mission and objectives.
  • Confidently tackle challenges and make informed assumptions, even when faced with ambiguous criteria, to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to unique challenges and requirements for each, ensuring all deliverables are met with precision and efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Extensive Healthcare Solution Development Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of proven experience in designing and delivering healthcare solutions, with a focus on innovative and impactful care management initiatives.
  • Comprehensive Clinical Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical care management operations, including call centers, utilization management, case management, clinical assessments, reporting, and fulfillment processes.
  • Public Sector Healthcare Expertise: In-depth experience working with public sector healthcare programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, VA, or TRICARE is a must.
  • RFP and Proposal Mastery: Hands-on experience with state and federal RFP and proposal development for healthcare organizations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Clinical Operations Program Development: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing clinical operations programs tailored to state and federal healthcare clients, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Key Skills: Expertise in process development, technical writing, business and data analysis, research, forecasting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in consulting, solution architecture, proposal development, market research, and large-scale program implementations, providing a competitive edge.
  • Healthcare Policy Knowledge: A thorough understanding of state and federal healthcare policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational standards.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00

Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
