What will you be doing?
As a Client Trainer, you will deliver live training courses for the client-base and internal colleagues. In addition, you will partner closely with stakeholders to develop, design, and deploy a data use case/case study program across the organization and client base. You will be responsible for developing the training tools that support the use of our data to derive the biggest impact from our solutions and data.
Job Responsibilities
- Train and demonstrate expert knowledge of point-of-sale, consumer, and retailer specific data in conjunction with accessing data in cutting-edge technology systems.
- Deliver training courses that employ adult learning principles and a variety of effective training techniques via a live virtual setting, with some in-person exceptions.
- Collaborate in the development of business case study trainings that focus on practical application of the story behind the data and how clients should use it.
- Stay informed of industry/vertical trends on how best to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop a clear understanding of Circana products and solutions and convey their benefit to client stakeholders and system users through use case development and training sessions.
- Think strategically to generate new ideas, activities, and case studies that enhance our learning programs.
- Participate in cross-functional activities such as UAT to provide feedback to product management for the next generation of technology product release.
- Drive high customer satisfaction and serve as a client advocate for new Circana technology.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business-to-business experience with consumer-packaged goods, retail, software, or technical training experience.
- Experience in integrating AI tools and technologies into training programs to enhance learning outcomes, streamline content delivery, and support personalized learning experiences.
- Strong ability to synthesize data into insights.
- Proven ability/experience translating complex, technical concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format.
- Working knowledge of software applications and products designed for consumer-packaged goods and retail industries is valued.
- Previous training experience using virtual delivery preferred.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Flexible in adapting to change or redirection.
- Independent, eager to learn, innovative, outside-the-box thinker, and action-oriented.
- Strong presentation skills. Excellent written, oral & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with teammates and stakeholders.

This position can be located in the following area(s): United States, Remote. Chicago preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $88,000.00 to $114,000.00.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
