Client Support Specialist (Property Management)

This position achieves the financial, client service, and relationship objectives for the assigned clients. Meets specific performance goals and quality service standards. Executes designated training, promotional and business development responsibilities for assigned clients by handling in/out-bound calls, e-mails and other e-communications.

Requires knowledge of company, products, and services for clients; and, the ability to maintain a positive attitude during all communications; and, creative problem-solving and sales techniques.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships by providing a high level of client service, which may require non-routine responses, research and deviation from standard responses and procedures.

  • Monitor performance and activity for client communities to identify underperforming communities and contacts them to assess the cause(s), offer training or assistance, or escalate the situation to sales management.

  • Handles inbound and outbound calls, e-mails and other client community communications and inquiries.

  •  Navigates and utilizes multiple computer systems, the internet, or other relevant applications for tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting and transaction processing.

  • Identify and assist in the resolution of client service and quality issues.

  • Monitor and report shifts and changes that concern the industry including the introduction of new products and services, client and business partner relations, and financial stability of existing competitors and clients to support maintaining our position as a leader in the industry.

  • Ensure that legal requirements and corporate policies are followed.

  • Meet and maintain corporate financial and budgetary objectives to ensure revenues and profits achieve corporate objectives.

  • Identifies opportunities of growth

  • Continually updating contact information of our clients on all calls

 
What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.

  • Requires the ability to keep accurate records and perform several duties simultaneously.

  • Call center or sales experience preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide results with time sensitive projects.

  • Must be PC literate and have experience working in a windows environment.

  • Proven ability to meet goals.

  • Must be able to clearly and articulately communicate over the phone.

  • Demonstrable creative problem solving skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of company products and services

  • Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Mentors new hires. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower level employees.
